This kit allows you to relocate the turn signals from the rear fender struts to the signal bar mounted on the license plate bracket. It is required for proper installation of H-D® Detachables™ Saddlebags (P/N 90200353). Compatible with FLS and FLSS models from 2011 to 2017 and FXS models from 2011 to 2013 when used with Detachables Saddlebags P/N 90200353B.
