This riser kit is required to install the Freight Train headlamp housing P/N 61300420 or 61300421 and replaces the original components on various Softail models.

Required for FLSTC models 2009–2017 equipped with 1.0‑inch handlebars from OE or accessory catalog
Also required for FLSTF, FLSTFB and FLSTFBS models 2007–2017 with 1.0‑inch accessory handlebars
Designed to ensure correct installation of the Freight Train headlamp housing
Includes all components necessary for the conversion
